What's Ahead for Real Estate: Doing the Math

I hardly see how it is a "crisis" for those that bought things they cannot pay for to forfeit them. Is renting not good enough for these people? We should collectively gift them houses they cannot afford because they are too good to move?

It is so amazing that in this country we would bail out people that took on loans they knew they could not re-pay. Stunning.
