I can see many reasons, as a CEO, not to attend a quarterly conference call. Foremost is that any business should not be judged on quarterly results, annual results are probably the minimum term for analyzing a business and fielding questions from the investment community quarterly, is a huge waste of time.

I suggest you always check your data. It is not uncommon to have Yahoo, Zacks, Schwab, and YCharts with different numbers on the same stock...I only use 4 sources.
Well this definitely proves that a rising tide lifts all boats. WHR is rated #463 out of 612 companies and their customer service is rated Terrible. Eventually they will go the way of other poor U.S manufacturers.

Thanks to you both for your replies. What I am still trying to understand is why the return of capital? If you go to the PSEC website under investor relations, tax information, you will see the percentages for the returns over the last several years.
I use this strategy in the far more relaxing form, buying the stock at the same time, helps me sleep and I get the dividend. Sometimes more rewarding....
