  • Apple Earnings Preview: Fiscal 2015 Looks Solid, But What About After That? [View article]
I was told by my brokers, note the plural, several years ago that Apple was producing products that would drop in price quickly due to the fact that the products were commodities. Since that was several years ago I have $450,000 in profit in Apple. I no longer have my CFA or any brokers advising me. I knew more about financial analysis than they did and yes, if Apple can't produce new products every 90 to 180 days then their products will become commodities. However, Apple has been tested and is running ahead of the pack. Until they no longer have the Retailing Crown for having the most sales per square foot of any retailing operation in the United States I will continue to own Apple. You and your charts mean nothing to me. All of my brokers are no longer employed by brokerage houses, they were fired and they became CFA's or Insurance Agents.

  • Apple: Where The Bears Have It Wrong [View article]
I have doubts that Mr. Blair was a successful CEO. If he was as successful as his short action then in all probability he was fired from his position. Mr. Blair is a shill for himself or for others trying to create an action in a stock that is not cooperating. No one who has invested in the market for 50 years as I have would do what Mr. Blair is doing. I would have cut my loss short a long time ago. However, Mr. Blair refuses to do so, therefore he is either an idiot or a shill.

Mr. Blair could never have been a CEO of a company. He would have driven it into the ground!

  • Please Be Cautious, Apple Bulls [View article]
What makes everybody think that the I watch will be a watch? Tim Cook was on TV and when asked about an I watch he said And I quote, " I hate the idea of a watch". I don't believe that Tim will build "just a watch". It will be a new device, thus it will be a new product. Not a watch.

  • Apple's iWatch May Have A 37% Net Profit Margin [View article]
    Correction:

Tim Cook stated on national television that " he did not like the idea of a WATCH". Therefore all pundits are WRONG and everyone needs to get a grip on the fact that this new product Is NOT jewelry for teenagers per se.

Being in the retail garment industry and selling jewelry in the accessories department for over 20 years I can state that the ROI will be beyond 50 percent. Also, I can guarante that the new device will reach EVERY baby boomer in the USA as well as globally. Baby boomers are now the largest sector in the USA. They are the most literate and highly educated sector in the USA and most have disposable income that dwarfs other nations. Health is their biggest concern and Apple is targeting that sector because they have a dire need for a wearable device that can share their medical records with other devices. This is extremely critical for all senior citizens as well as young people who participate in sports programs.

Do not pay lip service to anyone of any age who doubts the success of Apple's new product. Eventually everyone will wear one for health reasons. Perhaps your doctor will tell you that it's a medical necessity.

  • Apple Is Running Out Of Cash To Raise Its Dividend [View article]
Obviously your analysis of apple is flawed. I am retired from financial analysis but I keep up by doing my own research. When did you decide to be a shill for those who compete against apple products?

  • Why Apple Inc.'s Earnings Were Better Than You Think [View article]
I spent most of my life in the garment industry and you lived or died every quarter on the rise and fall of your maintained markup percentage. We would kill for a markup of 37%! Those who say this percentage is too low have an agenda that is contrary to excellence in financial analysis. Perhaps those who say the results are low need to go back to school and re-take accounting.

  • Crouching Retirement Killer: Dividend Blimp Philip Morris [View article]
As of today at 3:03 CST, PM is up $1.69 per share. Perhaps the public is using your post as a contrarian indicator. My holdings are up $4120.22 today thanks to PM. Would suggest that you examine the past history of PM's record of dividend payments. Perhaps if you had a Master's in Philosophy it would have taught you the value of excellent research. Very poor article.........Certif... By whom?

Evidently, your picture is fake and your article is misleading. Altria is PM's mentor? Juvenile BS. You need to look up the CEO of PM and check his credentials. Your research is questionable which has colored your incorrect conclusions. Why don't you write that the "sky is falling", it's a better comment than your article.

Hmmmmm.............how many years has PM paid its shareholders a dividend? Have you ever read Graham's book while working on your CFA. Last time I looked, the CFA was all about insurance. That said, by whom are you being Certified? Hope it's not Merrill Lynch!
