  • Did Micron Just Jump The Shark? [View article]
Notice the way the entire market and tech behaved? This was not an example of sell on the news or your over price view but a market correction that had a little something to do with the stocks behavior. MU will recover because it is doing well. Whether it has moved too far too fast is yet to be decided. Certainly the one day action you have pounced on is not a clear signal.

  • BioDelivery Sciences: 4 Different Insiders Have Sold Shares This Month [View article]
Looks like DEPO is the better buy on all levels except insider ownership. Interesting comparisons between the 4. I wouldn't touch GALE or BDSI, TEVA is always interesting at the right valuation. DEPO is the one.

  • This Apple Supplier Is A Value Play [View article]
Couldn't agree more. It actually surprised me that it wasn't a bigger success as a stock due to the fundamentals. There's not much in the tech space that you would call under valued. This is one.

  • Put This Specialty Pharma In Your Portfolio [View article]
Agreed. It was an impressive quarterly report. Because of an earlier article by you, I went long DEPO and see it as a long term core holding. Thanks for the original "heads up," and the followup.

  • TetraLogic Pharmaceuticsls And The Chatter About A Cure For Cancer [View article]
This had been on my watch list for a while. A lot of "possibles" down the road but a long way off. There is a huge difference between success in mice and success in humans. Right now there is a lot of hype but not much more. There even more companies than you listed who are working the same path. I want to see more results and less PR about mice.

  • Micron: Fairly Valued If Not Overvalued [View article]
I agree with the critics already posted but would add one cautionary note. It would not be uncommon for a high flier from one year to seriously cool off in the next. I have been long for about 18 months trading calls and stock and am still long but with a smaller position and no options at the moment. Market volatility makes me a bit cautious but the basic article misses too much of what MU is. Stay long but be careful, we had an extraordinary 2013 with MU. I don't think it will duplicate that again.

  • Seattle Genetics Will Exceed And Immunogen Will Meet Market Expectations [View article]
One of the better analysis of the 2 companies. I have been long both at different times and continue to monitor their prices. I lean to SGEN. Like both at the right price. Very good, clear analysis.

  • AMD's Revolution In Computing: The APU [View article]
First, I am long and believe that AMD is undervalued by several metrics, particularly sales. However, the market votes with price action and right now the perception of the future is not as strong as we longs believe. Perception is the game and always has been. Price is the voting on that perception. For the moment we have to expect the decline and live with it if we are longs.

  • How Could Intel Miss The Mobile Chip Business? [View article]
Only because you wrote this, did I bother to read it. I don't agree and think that Intel, having already missed this boat, should concentrate on their server business because that should not be taken for granted. ARM is moving to that arena and should not be taken lightly.
In answer to some of the more techie comments about the superiority (now or later) by Intel, the game is over. The Atom chip has been a flop and Tablets running Intel's chip are still not 100% compatible with all Android apps.
Whether Intel is capable of building a better mousetrap or not, this horse has left the barn.
Intel should stick to their knitting and start to beat expectations on earnings and then, and only then, will they be worth investing in. The whole mobile story is a distraction.

  • Intel's Time Is Running Out [View article]
INTC has been dead money for so long, I forgot about it. AE has done a great article but it is too late for those who followed him into INTC. AMD got the message and concentrated on graphics. INTC is so late to the mobile party that they will not catch up. They might be better off fencing in their server business which is still theirs to lose, but the days of INTC inside are over. It started with the medicore atom chip and has been downhill since. It's a fact not an opinion. If it were me, I would strengthen my server market and just forget the consumer mobile market. The battle is over. AE has been dreaming of INTC somehow making a move that would work. Times up, game over.

  • AMD Is Set To Plummet [View article]
Greenleaf, your comments are an article in themselves and a very good one, at that. I recommend to all who have an interest in AMD, read them and then figure out where you are at. Extremely helpful and well done. BIG THANKS.

  • Are Modified T-Cells A Game Changer In Treating Cancer? [View article]
Alphaplay and greenduke make a good point. At this moment I don't know the answer except for the lead medical officer and ceo being top notch people who I am willing to bet on at this stage. I have seen the results in animals and a person and was stunned. Does it last, as someone asked due to cancer's ability to adapt, it has in these cases, so I am willing to wait for some time to pass and more input to be published. Do your own DD and try to find the presentation I saw early on.

  • What's Up With Vical? [View article]
Can't get too excited since the blow up, so was quite surprised by the price action. Prudent to wait and see if this can be sustained.
