I like reading your stuff and all but must agree there is nothing new here. You went a long way to say the same things you wrote about before. Anything new would be appreciated but no need to harp on the same old things. Cramer has this way of saying the same thing again and again which drives me crazy. Like everytime someone mentions his freaking book.
    Keep it fresh and new.

  • Money Changes Everything: Long Opportunities Surround These Three Stocks [View article]
You know what I like about this strategy. The market got smacked around like Cramer all day today but with this thing the sold calls make money on the down moves and the sold puts make money on the up moves. Booooooyaaaaahhhhhhh Jim. That is how to make money you old wind bag.

How about we go about this another way. Ilene, is there new information about GMCR that you can write about. We get the "material" versus "immaterial" debate. Just looking for updated information like are they going to report on time this Q? Will they meet or beat numbers? What is SEC going to do? Just new information if you have it. Nobody likes reading long pieces on old subjects.

I would guess that your entire strategy is to get ticker flow by mentioning all these symbols all the time. What Analyst has recommended or raised on HUSA? One that was compensated to do so?

Good grief. Do you people even look at the stocks you post on SA? HUSA is one of the biggest hype jobs of 2010. There are 4 employees at the entire company and every cent that comes in goes out as a bonus to the 4 employees ($637k in Q2) or a dividend to themselves (both which look a lot the same. Why would a company barely hanging on and making pennies pay dividends of the cash plus bonus and raises?

You guys should go work with Cramer. Please do a little, tiny bit of Due diligence before posting on SA or anywhere else.

This is not a case of planned executive sales. If so, you would see it monthly and that is what they do to try to avoid these situations. But you see Michelle Stacy has only 3 sales

    August 13
    Sept 13
    AND
    Sept 21

And each for different amounts. Her pal Mcgreary bit off $6.6 million in August as well. No pattern of sales or planned selling as you want to explain this away with. If that were the case you would still see selling in Oct, Nov, Dec.

Nope this is good old fashioned greed and she has been caught with her hand in the preverbial cookie jar.

    Great article Sam.

Ask Martha Stewart that same question. Greed is the only answer.

Now there are a couple EXCELLENT points. The patent on k-cups dies next year and then so will SBux deal for GMCR. Ask yourself why Keurig President Michelle Stacy has been selling as fast as she can for the last year.

I have not been able to figure out the stock price of this stock for a long time. Why so low on the p/e? It was like $2 in 2009 while they were making bacon.

  • Why Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Is a Good Short [View article]
Just FYI, I have checked it out Tigerpac and she didn't make the proper filing for a planned trading program which is a 10b1-5 filing. Feel free to post your link to this information you claim but it was done after the fact as you will find.
Even if she had, you can't sell the day after receiving SEC investigation (even in a planned routine) or during the lockup period before you DON'T file earnings or lack thereof.

GMCR is a SHORT all day long.

Only problem I see here is that Cramer keeps talking bad about GMCR on lightning round. Did it again yesterday. Like the kiss of death.

He could do something useful and interview this Michelle lady on his show and ask her was up with the insider selling while having photos of Martha Stewart on the tube.

Really good research. The SEC needs to wake up and smell the coffee. It is pitiful that these people think they can sell shares after receieving and inquiry from the SEC. The lowest form of respect I can think of for a government agency.

  • DARK HORSE HEDGE - Jumping off HUSA [View instapost]
What is up with this HUSA? Read the 10Q and can't believe the valuation on this stock. $300 million for a few knuckleheads who have a track record of bankrupt companies and now pay themselves huge bonuses when they squeeze out a nickle profit. Maybe Cramer will pump this dump.

Tigerpac.....dude seriously, the best you can come up with to defend this disaster known as GMCR is that he didn't want to write about them and now has done so 4 times.

Let's compare that to how many time the guys and girls running this disaster (i.e. insiders) have bellied up to the sell window while "they didn't want to". 12 million shares in the last quarter and more than that the quarter before. Your fearless leaders left you at $90-110 shares and unloaded over $100 million in stock "while they didn't want to". Maurice, "nor anyone else knows the answer to" is missing the idea that insiders know and have shown you the answer 12 million times this quarter.

Gary is write to question and wonder when the SEC will finish these guys off. My guess is that 2012 will be the year GMCR becomes the next Enron or Worldcom or..............
