whoa. give the guy a break; you may hate ebay like I hate my local utility companies, albeit. for different reasons but Hill is not talking like or dislike ; he's talking about valuations with what ever criteria he uses.

As for disclosure---i agree. It would have been a more accurate, up front thing to do and should be law. But we all remember the time when financial writers---the honest, deceitful, good and bad--did not have to say nada.
