    on the market for 5 years straight. "MRNA'
    PIPE DREAMS, OF STRIKING IT RICH, IS ON SHAREHOLDERS MINDS.
    BUT THE CHANNELING EXPERTS MANIPULATE THIS STOCK SO MUCH THEY ALWAYS TURN A PROFIT LEAVING THE LONG INVESTORS BEWILDERED EACH TIME.

    MARCH 13-NSTK:UPDATE: NO YEAR END EARNINGS REPORT, BUT IN THE MEAN TIME ONE GREAT ANNOUNCEMENT AFTER ANOTHER. JUST GREAT NEWS TO SOFTEN THE BLOW OF THE DELAYED EARNINGS REPORT. AND WITH ALL THIS GREAT NEWS IT WILL TAKE YEARS FOR THIS COMPANY TO RECOVER! YES, ONCE AGAIN 'HYPE' IS THERE LEADING DRUG!     Feb.25,2008 My reply post to Cramer's article 8/18/07 has come to fruition. Today the stock is $2.02 vs Aug.16th close of $14.53.
    BIG DIFFERENCE! BIG HYPE! BIG TOUT!
    RESEARCH FIRMS ARE JUST AS GUILTY TOO.
    JUST RECENTLY FRIEDMAN,BILLINGS,RAMS... GROUP
    FINALLY DROPPED COVERAGE AND THEIR ANALYST ROBERT UHL IS GONE. BUT THE OTHER REMAINING RESEARCH FIRMS STILL HAVE NOT UPDATED THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS OR THEIR RIDICULOUS TARGET PRICES AS OF 02/025/08. WHY?
    INVESTORS ARE STILL BEING MISLEAD AND NSTK CONTINUES TO MAKE NEW LOWS!

    THAT TO THE EXTENT OF PUMPING&TOUTING THIS STOCK HAS RECEIVED DURING THE LAST 12 MONTHS BY JIM CRAMER&RESEARCH FIRMS, THAT I A NOVICE SAW THROUGH ALL THE SMOKE AND RIGHTFULLY CALLED THE DEMISE OF THE STOCK PRICE TO THE CURRENT LEVELS OF $2 DOLLARS. AT HIS POINT I FIND IT DOUBLY STRANGE THAT NOT ONE RESEARCH FIRM TO DATE HAS ISSUED A "SELL", AS OF YET!
    THEY CAN ISSUE 'OUTPERFORM' RATINGS BUT NOT 'SELL' RATINGS.
    AND THEY HAVE NOT YET TO DATE, CHANGED THEIR 'TARGET PRICES'.
    WHERE IS THE LOGIC? WHERE IS THE PROTECTION AND HONEST ADVICE
    FOR THE INVESTORS? IF IT'S OBVIOUS TO ME THAT THE STOCK PRICE IS HEADING TO A $1.00 BID BY AUGUST 2008, WILL THEY CHANGE THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS ANY TIME SOON?
    THE CIRCLE OF LOYALTY AMONG THOSE COVERING THE STOCK OR OTHER STOCKS, PERMEATES SUSPICION OF REASONABLE CAUSE IN MY OPINION.

    FOLLOW UP FEB.14-5MONTHS AGO NSTK WAS $13.75 & CRAMER WAS BULLISH ON HIS SHOW ABOUT IT. I IMMEDIATELY POSTED LET'S SEE HOW BULLISH HE'LL BE COME MARCH 5 YEAR END EARNINGS REPORT.
    WELL STOCK CLOSED AT $2.34 YESTERDAY. AND NEW NEW LOWS ARE STILL BEING MADE. WITH 20 DAYS LEFT TO REPORT IT WILL CONTINUE TO GO DOWN. OF COURSE I DO NOT HAVE A T.V. SHOW, MILLIONS IN THE BANK/OR STOCKS, OR A STAFF PROVIDING ME WITH INFORMATION, HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN MORE ACCURATE IN 2007 AND 2008 TO DATE THAN JIM CRAMER REGARDING NSTK.

    joyfl1 Sept.26th Check out 'PFE' $24 dollar range. If bought now within six(6 months) you will see a nice return on your money.
    The stock was mentioned on FAST MONEY, cnbc.
    This is what Cramer should be speaking about on television to shareholders instead of touting 'NSTK' as a speculative play, let alone 32 times since March 16th, 2007.
    If HYPE was NSTK'S leading drug the stock price would be a $100 dollars today!
    NSTK should pay Cramer for being their best public relations spokesmen in NSTK'S history!

    Sept.21st Jim Cramer is still beating the drums for NSTK. The 31st.Tout since March 16th. On Sept.26th
    they will speak at ubs Gobal Life Sciences Conference to give insight and repeat what was on their 10k with forward statements. That doesn't mean buy with both fiests and if you read Biotech Blitz by Michael Shulman regarding RNAI that will extinguish the HYPE Cramers' been touting since July 26th on his Video. Let me know how Cramer feels come March 2008 when year end earnings report comes out. I'm sure shareholders will see new lows! Other companies are getting kiled left & right by the FDA lately, and Nstk is not bullet proof!

    EXPERT ON 'NSTK' What make someone an expert on nstk? Research? Knowledge?
    I disagree with jim Cramer that 'nstk' is a stock to be in, especially in 2007.     JUNE 10TH, 2007 *CRAMER LIKES NASTECH'S OBESITY DRUG BUT MARCH 3, 2006 Nastech Pharmaceutical (NSTK) dropped over 35% yesterday because Merck terminated its involvement NSTK's inhalable obesity drug. SO IS THE REPUTATION, AND CREDITABILITY OF MERCK IN QUESTION FOR DROPPING NASTECH'S OBESITY DRUG?
    They gave it up because of why? Too busy with other drugs, or can't use the money if it's successful, or couldn't be bothered with it? Now they have P&G but they delayed their payments to NSTK in December for 9-12 months
    which isn't what shareholders want to hear. I mean the future is today not 2-3-5 years from now!
    I'm sorry but the wrong message is being sent to shareholders and potential new shareholders because of his celebrity status, don't you think. LOOK AT THE COMPANIES STATISTICS, SALES,DEBT,RETURN ON EQUITY,
    MONEY IN THE BANK, QUARTERLY GROWTH, ETC., THEY ARE DISMAL. THEY ARE OVER FINANCED TO THE TILT!
    1 IN A HALF YEARS AGO ON CRAMERS SHOW, HE STATED A NEGATIVE ABOUT NSTK AND DIDN'T RECOMMEND IT,
    SO WHAT'S THE SUDDEN OBSESSION? THE KEY IS WHERE WILL THE PRICE BE AT THE VERY END OF DECEMBER 2007 WITH THEIR RIDICULOUS EARNINGS REPORT!
