Ceo, French, approval of a drug, three new issuances of stock, repayment of debt, two partnerships, and big potential with $4 dollar price target by experts from Research firms.
How about a real down to earth prospective on 'MRNA'?

Three Recent Biotech Activist Wins by Carl Icahn

Good Article! I am not surprised at all that 'MRNA' didn't make the list. In fact in 2 years I have never seen any coverage on 'MRNA'
on seeking alpha at all. Why? Especially puzzling, is in two years and up to 4 weeks ago, analysts still have high targeted stock prices.
Last target price was $4.00?. Again why? Investors some times are swayed by these analysts but must clearly understand that they follow the stock, therefore they seem to always show a bright side of great potential appreciation. If you check back since early 2007, they all have been wrong while the stock price has decreased in value. I bring this up, because shareholders are still being mislead today in the market. And if you reacted to the last target price of $4.00, just 4 weeks ago, you have seen once again the stock price go down. Nobody ever investigates these analysts.
They get paid and release new target prices that are not warranted.
Since it goes under the radar, I have brought it to light on seeking alpha for three straight years. Someone must have a voice or the continuing misinformation is fed to shareholders or potential shareholders who think they can get rich overnight.
I wish to thank SEEKINGALPHA for affording me the opportunity
to be heard on their site. September 1, 2009, 'MRNA' is on a weak downtrend and unless they announce a major partnership in the coming days, or a Reverse split, I only see a decreasing stock price regardless what analysts state in their news releases.
This is my opinion.

VERY GOOD ARTICLE! I noticed you left out a stock that has had more news announcements than a half dozen stocks in the last 8 weeks. FDA approval, completion of new issuance of $10 million dollars, paying off a loan recently, got full control over its gene technology, and the stock os only $1.56. The stock is 'MRNA'.
SHAREHOLDERS BELIEVE IT WILL BE ANOTHER 'SIRNA'.
In my opinion, since they are a PRE-CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT company, they need to contain their expenses more, get some earnings, and maybe in 2-3-4 years then re-evaluate this stock.

Another great article Mike! But since there has been much damage to individual shareholders by CEO'S, Brokers, FUND MANAGERS, on Wall Street these past several months, when will a force like the SEC start cracking down, by investigating all the wrongs so that the slate of the future, for shareholders can be set straight for investors to enter the waters of investment again safely? If the maggot's of the biotech business is left to continue to exist, and continue business as usual, then how can we all move forward to a better future?
Why don't you do a piece about biotech's who have accomplished nothing in 25 years, are in debt up to their necks but still exist.

What a minute, I thought Cramer said 5x's for a month including last week when he intervied NSTK ceo quay, that'nstk' has everything going for them".
Isn't NSTK undervalued too besides celg and ceph?
I mean didn't you see the volume the very next day on 'nstk' look at the charts!
Look at the nstk message board too. Last january you had 4 posters, now there are dozens because of Cramer. Hail Cramer!
