The damage has already taken place with Gaddafi leadership the last month. In my point view , even with changing the regime in Libya, I assume and may not exaggerated if I say that oil production would take a period of time until everything comes back to normal. The quality of liybian oil is the Europeans problem and that had been the trigger of oil price surge. March was difficult time for all the world. Hopefully, it ends soon.
