It appears they are on the right track with their core business. I'm disappointed that the lawsuit hasn't been settled yet. I hope that gets cleared up soon and I hope they avoid deals like that in the future. I think the stock is still going to be undervalued until it gets cleared up.

As a current BB Bold 9900/9930 user, I'm only mildly disappointed that the new devices aren't going to roll out in the US sooner. I'm not even eligible for an new every 2 upgrade until 4/15. I bought the latest Bold as soon as it came out, so few people can upgrade ahead of me unless they are willing to pay more than the standard $200. As long as they have the Q10 out by 4/15, I'm a happy camper.
