    • Andreas Hopf: Who needs these useless apps? Teenagers and students?

    • Andreas Hopf: Nokia app developers should rather focus on banking, trading, office and similar productivity apps, not useless games and gimmicks.

    • Colaolli: Instagram = teen girls want Lumia = spoiling dads buy them Lumias ;)

    • Andreas Hopf: My children won't get a smartphone. Teenagers become Otakus, bent over devices like squirrels, pecking away not able to talk to real people.

    • ttc537dp: http://bit.ly/YPKx5y is it real or fake? Anyway, i don't use it. However, this reflects how unpopular is WP8 in mind of developer

    • Colaolli: WP8 is not unpopular if you compare it to BB10. Also the number of apps has increased a lot in WP8. 150.000 currently

    • Andreas Hopf: It is a fake. Silly fad anyway, no business or lifestyle management value. WP8 is not attractive for developers to make money off of it...

    • Andreas Hopf: ...or launch a free clever app making a start-up a takeover candidate. If the former or the latter matter, iOS/Android is the way to go.

    • Andreas Hopf: I am very long NOK. But, if I had a little start-up with a clever useful app on the way, I'd also go for monetisation or takeover.

    • Andreas Hopf: Number of apps does not matter to most. You have to be able to offer the latest. The hyped. The ones your friend have. It's that simple.

    • steeveepee: Number of apps does matter. And if people are "bent over like squirrels" with something, then I guess the developers are doing smthng right.

    • Andreas Hopf: Every morning, the trains are full with Otaku teenagers. Families are texting while dining together at a restaurant. Future sociopaths.
