    • voytekp: So not much from the $NOK 1020 line phone with the exception of a 41MPS
      7/11/13
    • voytekp: Pixels refer to image size, not quality; means a 41 MP camera is only useful for people who need to work with giant, poster-sized images.

    • voytekp: Photos won't look much better than those taken with Nokia's other phones. Plus, images that large can eat up a lot of your phone's storage.

    • voytekp: So, all in all $NOK has not shown anything useful. It's what I thought, LOL

    • crider145: @voytekp you're an idiot

    • voytekp: @ crider145, you don't have to call me names. On a phone size screen 41 MPS will do nothing for you.

    • voytekp: Displayed on big screen that supports higher resolution will give you more improvements

    • voytekp: Printing on a oversizsed sheet of paper will also be an improvement

    • Colaolli: @voytekp you really dont know anything about tech do you? Do you know what oversampling is? http://bit.ly/13DMXcQ moron
      7/11/13
    • Colaolli: The 5MP pic is "oversampled", meaning it crams seven pixels into one "super pixel". It's similar tech to that used by Nokia's 808 PureView
      7/11/13
    • Colaolli: Oversampling reduces photo "noise" a lot. Here is some noise for you: http://bit.ly/15jWvFw

    • pocohonta: a compact never as good as a Full Frame DSLR due to sensor size! Also this 41MPS "compact' camera will hogs up your memory card spaces
