  • Taking Another Look at Orient Paper's Innocence [View article]
I have done my independent research. Unfortunately, ONP's own stories, including the issue if Muddy Waters and ONP are talking about two different companies, are just not supported by facts. It is unfortunate, not for ONP, but for those who put money in it.

  • Orient Paper's Top Supplier: An Empty Shell Owned by ONP's CEO [View article]
As far as what one said is fact, whether he is long or short, people can come to their own conclusions. ONP's own story simply has too many holes in it.

Those who yelled "He is short!" sound like those who would like to burn people hundreds of years ago when the people told them the earth was not flat.

As for how highly regarded a firm is, there are good examples how its reputation changes when its behaviors are revealed. In addition, I remember what people said in Tyco international's case: they trusted its CEO's integrity. Its CEO bought millions of its shares when it was coming down. He was still charged and admitted it's fraud.

  • Why Is A Paper Company Invisible In Paper Industry But Shining On Wall Street?  [View instapost]
Seasaw64, I agree. Basically, it's just a paper company in the sense of paper tiger. One simply can't put the parts together for ONP, no matter which way one tries. There are just too many missing parts in reality check, as you have found out yourself. Just do this in case that there are still institution investors left on board. Make sure all of them be gone and then the game will be over.

  • Another Bad Video for Orient Paper Inc. (ONP) by a Promoter of the Company? [View instapost]
Very good points. It just shows that they are trying to sell you what they don't really believe themselves; in other words, the attitude is "I'm from Wall Street. Have you heard of that? You look smart (meaning I am smarter). Do you see what I am saying? What I said matters" Does it? In which way?
It's a good fashion show in dropping and exhbition, piece by piece.
Let's wait and see more of it. Enjoy the show. Real life is always more unbelievable than fiction.

  • Orient Paper: Loeb's Not the Right Firm for the Investigation [View article]
Revealing the information is important in that people need to know the context and background in which ONP is doing this so that they can make judgment themselves with evidence. The information may also lead to more findings for those who will really do their own independent research.

In court, when a jury is selected, the candidates are agreed upon by the both sides (or their lawyers) and the judge.

In this case of selecting "indpependent third party", only the ONP (or its lawyers) picks and decides.

    Isn't that obvious?

  • Where ONP is and will be: A Random Walk in Chinese Paper Industry [View instapost]
Thanks. In the beginning, the truth is with the few. Comparing those who just found the earth was not flat, shorts today are much luckier in that they don't get burned. One can be both right and hated, and only becomes being loved after death. (How much love is shown depends on how miserably one dies, e.g. murder, burning etc).
