        <![CDATA[These guys are real head scratchers.  Numbers look great.  But I work in the insurance industry and have never seen a tech vendor that on the one hand represents self as so cutting edge--yet has an amazingly small footprint.  Speak to colleagues in non-US markets and they've never heard of them....and these are the two OSUS countries cited as centers of the business.   US agency management system business they bought has been run into the ground.  Trying hard to square this with the PR and analyst rah rahs. Help.]]>

Take lower Westchester County, where I live--lot's or Prius's--start/stop driving here maximizes efficiency of the hybrid.  Most trips are within a 5-20 mile roundtrip--so an affordable and reliable plug in that manages these distances would allow most buyers to remain off the &quot;gasoline grid&quot; the majority of time.  ]]>
