Gravity-You realize BBRY hung up the for sale sign last year and nobody bought, right? Revenues are a hell of a lot lower today than they were then, despite Chen being able to just about stop the bloodletting in revenues this past quarter.

lol...I bought in on the sell off of the introduction of the original iPad. Sold half of my position in summer 2012. I'm good buddy, but I see the writing on the wall. Unless they can show they can innovate without Jobs, they're in trouble....since they haven't showed that yet, they're in trouble.

I agree on Cook. Jobs would've never even entertained the thought of lower margin products, Cook is embracing it. That ain't good. Neither is Jobs not being around to facilitate ideas.

I agree on the divi increase and stock split. It'd make it a lot more attractive for Mom/Pop investors, who often look at share price and dividend yield as deciders for their portfolios. Not a big fan of buybacks, typically companies tend to buy back at the wrong time, not when the stock is really a value buy. Even though AAPL is down 30% from it's high, just look at the 2yr chart of both share price and diluted eps. Hard to say which way the earnings will go moving forward. A buyback might sound great with one set of numbers, or look completely foolish if the diluted EPS doesn't rip through the roof.

Putting 100B to a share buyback doesn't make sense, no matter how it is spun.
