Maxim, I think you put too much weight on the stroke factor...whether or not they had more strokes on the drug, or the strokes had a higher fatality rate- this drug is for dying patients..so why would the FDA, or the patients care if they had a 5% chance of having a fatal stroke? They are going to die anyway.

Hence- the unanimous approval from the panel.
