thanks for the info. i was thinking to run a mile without it, run a mile without it etc. do you find that its hard on your knees? or its not too bad? i'm gonna pick one up this week. I have been running for years, and thought I was in shape, then i started crossfit a couple months ago and found out that I wasn't quite in the shape I thought I was... and that the long distance runs i was doing weren't quite pushing myself enough, so I think the vest will help make the running a much better workout.

Connelly - my favorite part about your comment is the word 'bulldoze' I like using that word about overcoming problems/barriers etc.

It should definitely be required reading for politicians. It is so basic and easy to understand too.

I just ordered the book. Truthfully I know nothing about Coolidge outside of that quote. I am excited to get the book. Thanks!

I have this Calvin Coolidge quote on the wall in front of my desk.

'Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.'

The CFO specifically states on the conf call that liquidity is higher since the start of the third qtr so that is good news. I am going to get back in, just not sure if I should get in at 2.50 or wait and see if it is going to continue to drop.

David - thanks for explaining, now I am re reading the conf call and the 10Q and they make alot more sense now. I see where on the call they mentioned that they invested 51 mill so far this year into the mutli client library, but that the 51 mill was all pre commitment. So hopefully next yr there is nothing to amortize from 2013, still some left from 2010, 2011, 2012, but like you said there is no new investment that isnt prefunded.

I was also reading up more on the revolving credit, seems that right now 79 mill has been borrowed and that come sept 30 the outstanding balance can only be 67 mill, hence the need to refinance. truthfully I dont know enough about weather they can refi this or not. seems like the business is moving forward fine and that they should be able to refi. I did see that Kelso has two members on the board of ggs.

I was actually in ggs in the spring, i got lucky and bought shortly after all the insider buys, i got in around 2.40ish. I sold half my position at 3.40 and the other half at 3.70 and ever since then I have been watching like a hawk. your comments on prior ggs articles helped me to pull the trigger and buy ggs back then, so I appreciate your insight.

that makes sense. thanks for explaining that to me. i was just reading up on what late sale revenue is. so late sale revenue just means that a client is buying data that is already in the library?
