Bob, this has been a gradual transition for me over the past four years as I have bought and sold a good number of stocks in the learning process. Dividend Growth Investing only makes sense when you are looking for sustained growth or continuing income. It is amazing how your journey leads you to blue chip stocks who have consistently return dividends. By the way I live down I-75 in Woodstock, GA.

Retired. Bob, I have really enjoyed your advice over the past year as I have become a Dividend Growth Investor. I use the Dividend Champions list to decide what new stocks to add to the stock portfolio. After starting the process the first of the year the only stock that has been sold using the 10% sell stop method is WPC. I just added Cost and NSC this week. The only two stocks not in the 3% investment category are MWE and PAA as I have more invested in each of these. Certainly this is an ongoing learning process and so thanks again for your advice.
