    The article is good, but largely wrong. The problems are chiefly internal, largely political and the dispute is over distributional effects of GCP within the state. The problem are largely insoluable. The US is the most critical export and China wants nothing to happen to that outlet. In the meanwhile they need more jobs, more markets and something to buy with the dollars. I know, I lve there.
