    What makes you think the Fed has the intestinal fortitude to with drawn liquidity from the market when the time comes.?? Historically Central Banks acknowledge the need and honor it with only words, little action. Yes, they will buy the curve to gain liquidity, but it will feel so good to have some inflation that they will stay at the party too long and carriage will turn to a pumpkin once again. Bet on human frailty every time and you will miss little. Why not hold corporate bonds, or buy the debt of the TARP banks and business? We know they will be helped so long as they need to be (that is until they pay the Fed their debts). That is a hell of a bet and talk about return.
