  • Discovery Laboratories Stumbles [View article]
After Cooper's "next" reverse split and subsequent dilution, reality remains the exactly same.

This company has a idle cash burn above and beyond the orphan indications ability to provide revenue with a management team that would make Bernie Madoff blush.

Hard to believe these clowns are still sucking shareowner's dry.

  • Discovery Laboratories: The Surfaxin Launch And Beyond [View article]
The company's management has always had problems implementing their elusive plans as documented by a history that rivals the Iliad.

The company's current cash burn is huge inconsideration of their current and even projected income.

Love the promise of the drug but, as I noted earlier, the promises of management simply do not add up now any better than they did last year or the previous decades.

  • 2013 Will Be A Telling Year For Discovery Laboratories [View article]
Ahhh...the promise of the pipeline. Heard the song and dance before. However, current management along with past management could not get'er done in the past decade. And, it has not the monies to do it in the future for the income from orphan drugs tends not to pay idle cash burn costs. Dilution is the solution....Cooper is the master of his domain....scary when the lab floor is so slippery.

In other words, "Overpriced for now"; And, " earnings will eventually get to the point in the future where it justifies current price". Unless, of course, current PPS decreases to the point it is supported by current earnings. Said it all without using way too many words.

BAT has alway been a problem and is the reason why Cappy high tailed it.

So far, Cappy is the only one who made monies on this company besides the attorneys with the class action lawsuits.

  • Discovery Laboratories: Disappointment With Delay In Surfaxin Launch Creates An Opportunity [View article]
This company has had fumble after fumble. It is broke and the products approved, when and if they ever come to market, are orphan drugs that probably will not suffice to satisfy even idle cash burn of the company. Excellent product line developement is only possible when company is sold and the current management replaced by ash trays.

  • Telecom Giants: 4 Buying Opportunities [View article]
"Too big to fail" philosophies of companies also reflect the reality based observation: "To dumb to succeed".

T are not only losing customers every day, they are pissing people off. These folks are not coming back for very good reasons.

Seriously, take a look a little deeper at T and Virtuoso "business activities". This is consistent with what other workers did to companies that end up bankrupt.

Their problems are quite deep AND quite silly. This in itself is one reason I would never invest in this company.

Looking for the company that has the talent and the ability to move into the future. It ain't T.

T service is horrendous. WAS a customer of theirs for 50 years. Had a customer service experience similar to those on Internet that opened my eyes. Tried to buy and iphone from them. T could not hook it up so vendor EXCHANGED the phone for one that was hooked up by another service in 5 minutes. T has turned matters over to their collector that has a worst reputation than them. Have been assured for the fifth time that they have called off the dogs. I had enough. I am closing all T accounts, including fax and internet service lines, and moving them to another company before these clowns destroy themselves and my business in the process.
