    I think their growth is so fast, they needed the money quickly. Initially I was upset, but then thought about it - borrowing 20M at 7-9% approximates the 10% stock discount the buyers enjoyed.

    Sucks but when you need money fast, you need to do something. My only problem is that the timing as the chart looked poised for another breakout up. This puts off prices at >6 for a bit unless the crowd responds wildly to EPS results...

    You hit on many great points - when we finally pass the tipping point where those who produce see no economic motivation to produce more, we get declining production - leading to fewer jobs, less innovation, fewer immigrant-run start ups, increased black market activity (e.g. Greece and other high tax Euro countries), and a decline in that most revered number - GDP

    This process is already starting and should accelerate if efforts to repeal the health care law and other restrictive legislation is not done. I am already hearing anecdotal evidence of people purposely scaling down their business to avoid higher taxes and also reading about more and more Americans deciding to work in emerging economies for better opportunities, higher incomes, lower taxes and lower cost of living.
