what about if behind this PHOT stop there is a ideological problem more than a financial problem. A difficulty to accept a change already occurred in the mind of people but not yet in the free market and that is scaring conservatives?

  • Did Share-Based Compensation Trigger Growlife's Suspension? [View article]
ok, he was late a couple of days and ok the directors shared a million of revenues but is the management capable and committed? That Director sold 13% but I guess he is totally committed in the business for the remaining 87%!
Did Steve Jobs had a problem with predated options, did you then sell off apple?

Anyway thank you, a good factual article

  • Getting The Dope On These OTC Cannabis Stocks [View article]
This article is right if you consider that in the long run the big dinosaur will probably take this new mj market. In the short run, the more flexible start up will dominate the new scenario.
It was not IBM that took advantage, at first, of the internet and later, Zuckenberg did not work in MSFT. MSFT and IBM also had legions of lawyers and pockets full of billions. New markets are for new enterprises. At least at the beginning.
These PHOT, CBIS, etc enterprises do not have a solid balance sheet?
How do you include future opportunities as this totally new virgin mj market coming to light in the balance sheet?
This article has very good analysis but it is biased by a very conservative posture.

  • A Smokey Bubble On The Horizon [View article]
Good article, thank you. I we want to assess if it's a bubble we should look at the future not at the past.
Has this sector some possibilities to expand?
We can all agree that a big wall is starting to come down, at least partially, and the money previously flowing to a gray area it will have to flow through legitimate enterprises in the market. Which enterprises will be the beneficiares of this change of money flow we do not know but we cannot dispute that new relevant resources are open for business. The competent, well organized, efficient corporates will take big advantage of that, we can besure of this.

  • Altair Nanotechnologies: Be Careful Of This Stock [View article]
I think shorting ALTI means lacking strategic perspective. Batteries did not evolve that much in the last years and all the electric vehicles and alternative energies are depending on developments in this sector. ALTI is well positioned and as soon as a new technology is discovered (matter of time) then there will be a huge boom for batteries.

  • Is The Housing Bubble In China About To Burst? [View article]
Interesting article. Until there is a good growth in China and people do not neet to sell real estate, no problem.
But are your forecast in the medium term supporting an increase of the income proportional to the house prices? Because some day, owners will be tired of having all this money stuck in empt buildings.
