Francis (Frank) J. Partel, Jr. is a retired senior executive in consumer financial services. He worked at Wriston's Citibank, American Express, Chase Manhattan Bank, Commercial Credit (with Sandy Weill), and retired from US Bancorp in Minneapolis. He holds an A.B. from Columbia College and an MBA from from Columbia Business School. He manages his own money and is a GARP/value investor.
