Listen up, when the first CDS were conjured up for real estate they deliberately left out the possibility that real estate could drop in price. Why? Because the models did not work when real estate went down in price. So, they left it out and played dumb while they took their mil, errr excuse me, billions. Wake up, save a citizen.
