Fully engaged in steel trading on a daily basis. Buying and selling physical steel products, billets, wire rod, flat rolled, scrap, etc. Like to follow companies I know a little about, such as iron ore producer Vale, Nucor, SID and others.
I invest in companies in Brazil, China, Canada and USA, or anywhere that seems to make sense.
Options are part of my strategy. If I like a company and want to own shares, but think the current price is too high as an entry point, I'll sell a put for 3 to 6 months out at my optimum price, and if I get the stock, great!
I also like to sell call options on my holdings to guarantee I'll be disciplined enough to take money off the table when profits reach ...More acceptable levels.
