Fuld to Wall of Shame - Cramer's Mad Money (9/9/08) [View article]
Well said, Britishsteel. It seems that China is now blamed for everything -- she is to blame for doing something (e.g, carbon emission), and she is to blame for not doing something (not buying more of this and that). I no longer listen to Cramer on account of his China-bashing.

When MER sold some of its CBOs at 22 cents per dollar, with 75% financed by MER, one commentator, over CNBC, said that the effective rate is actually 5.5 cents on the dollar -- I share this view.

Excellent report. I tried to follow Fast Money whenever I could, but the last portion (one next-day trade) was invariably too fast such that I could not catch what was said. So, that alone would make your summary valuable. One suggestion: create a new section head for this entry. I almost missed reading yours because of its being listed under "Cramer's Pick."

In my view, it should read: Fast Money Recap - 6/3/08: Leery on Lehman.

In Cramer's program, whenever a stock is mentioned, there is, invariably, transactions on that stock. While the host may not have positions in the stocks he recommends, reading your post gives one the impression his buddies are well prepared to pounce on listeners ready to take action. Except for an article in Barron's a few weeks back, are there other studies about Cramer's recommendations? omooc
