  • I Was Wrong About Apple [View article]
Thank you Michael, with all sincerity, your opening remarks put more than a smile on my face. I am still chuckling. For me, this article of yours is pure comic relief. I don't have time to read an Apple debate this week, just wanted you to read my grateful appreciation for the comedic courage you possess.

  • iPhone 6 Expected To See Robust Demand [View article]
Having read many Michael Blair SA articles on AAPL, is there anyone else even close to stoking up so much enthusiasm for AAPL?

  • Apple's Dividend Will Hit $20 Within 5 Years [View article]
Jobs, the consumer tech genius, wanted Apple University to instill his own practical business priorities: perfectionist to detail, secrecy, tough-skin in work relationships. The decision to have only one iPhone factory in China is a lesson in itself.

  • Apple Significantly Undervalued Compared To Google [View article]
Enterprise Value adds debt to market capitalization minus cash. So EV would be useful to those who like to subtract cash/share out of P/E ratios. But for comparison purposes I don't agree with that perspective - leave the P/E ratios unadulterated and identify with an asterisk those companies with enormous cash holdings because that cash stash has so much more potential significance than just a massaging of a P/E ratio - while at the same time cash really doesn't directly benefit the shareholder relative to company earnings at all. My point is that the article's comparison of EV's is w/o significance, (the effect of accumulating cash was significant). AAPL is what it is. Wall Street tends not to value vast surpluses of cash because of its favorite metrics (and freaks at very tight cash circumstances).

Paying attention to AAPL price moves compared to the indexes shows there is currently very little correlation - AAPL is not moving in sync with "the market".

  • Apple Needs To Deliver Now [View article]
It has been a momentous ride since TC took over August 24, 2011, but share price is up 40% from then to now. Interesting technical cup and handle pattern will be established if AAPL could get back above $575 soon.
