4 Stocks to Gain Exposure to Historically Cheap Natural Gas [View article]
Nothing on the near horizon can fix the nat gas price problem and it surely will fall more. BUT it is so low that if a hurricane even threatens to enter the Gulf in September there will be a nice playable snapback. Just don't stay on it too long as it will make no significant difference to inventories unless it is a real doozy.

Buyers are piling into UNG lately so that is all that's needed for nice gains, trumping inventory & usage stats for now. At the same time they are selling out of crude oil long ETFs in favor of short ETFs in an attempt to capture both sides of the inevitable narrowing of the NG:oil ratio, which at 1:18 is way high.

Don't forget Frontier Energy (FTO), also a refiner. All have their issues but if the crack spread widens they will go up smartly. Most days they react inversely to the change in crude prices so you will be hoping for crude to go down so that the refiners can keep their prices up & increase their crack spread. I have held several thousand shares of CYD for several years and I want to thank you Mr. Delgado for pressing management to be more friendly to their shareholders. When I finally learned about the struggles ongoing at the senior mgt/board level I felt silly having held on but maybe now we will be rewarded with a good reorganization (now due to be announced). That might bring the stock to the attention of new buyers hungry to participate in the Chinese markets with a solid product underlying the investment.

Good to see your activism in an attempt to get this otherwise good business to see that the good passes through to the shareholders. I have held the stock for a long time based on the good business story and it has been frustrating not to be a part of the Chinese growth story.
