I tend to agree with T Boone (ala The Pickens Plan) this should be a no-brainer, if we (the USA) don't, we go down as the dumbest guys in the history of the world. Time is right to boost economy, my guestimates is this plan would boost spending power for the average 40k income American by 30-40%.
