Agree with GrowthGeek. Recall the processes of Alpha and Beta testing and onward. The Company has been circumspect about reporting advances, or the stock would have skyrocketed on the hope of such success long ago.

But, even an internal test at no emissions may be determined to be a material event in a insider leak prone world, with litigious opponents everywhere as fundamental technologies emerge. The very idea of "no emissions" in a world where emissions are driving 97% of scientists to believe that emission caused global warming is destroying our future, is cause for cautious celebration that there may be a way forward. As investors, and I am one, if CLIR keeps control of, and executes on what they have, the upside is prospectively without peer.

Congratulations to CLIR leadership on their balanced disclosure strategy and world class technological breakthrough. I have no relationship with the Company except for an investment, but believe the upside is in the league of legendary investments. I urge you to your due diligence, and share your own findings.

My career has been in the nexus of technology and business, running a public company, consulting firm and co-owning an investment bank.

Public awareness of this technological breakthrough surrounded by a thicket of patents issued and pending is long overdue. Thank you, Ira Miller, for introducing the subject. While I have no interest in being an author, I do urge Mr. Miller and others to dig into the extensive evidence that this may be the most important climate breakthrough that is imminent, economical and possibly world changing. The Company notes it has one more round of scaling up to accomplish, but the fact is that they have already demonstrated system performance that will satisfy thousands of smaller users. It is highly likely that the largest utilities will soon scramble to acquire these systems for the benefits to their own bottom line and environmental regulatory compliance.

  • VirnetX Quietly Expands Its Multi-Billion Dollar Patent Arsenal [View article]
    Two technical clarifications, perhaps?

Does the author at the end of the second paragraph intend to refer to transmission of "auto" or perhaps "audio" information?

In the third to the last paragraph, is the author referring to VPN "of" Demand, or Video "on" Demand?

Not seeking to have this posted, just a correction if appropriate. Thanks for the article.

Shorts: read the Prospectus of 4/18 and other UNXL filings. Kodak is appropriately disclosed. These documents were contemporaneously signed off by UNXL NY counsel and accountants. They did not join in a vast conspiracy to abort your short get rich scheme. The game is over.

  • VirnetX (VHC -10.1%) is tumbling to fresh 52-week lows on strong volume, as the Street continues weighing the fallout of an adverse jury ruling in its patent suit against Cisco. Last week, the judge presiding over the suit issued a final judgment declaring 12 VirnetX patent claims are not invalid, and denying all pending motions. [View news story]
