BBRY is about more than devices as well, they will be at the forefront of device management across multi-platforms with BES and their ecosystem is slowly, but surely, catching up. (Skype announced with release of Q10). No doubt Apple has the ecosystem and the coffers to prove it but others are catching up and then it will come down to UI and efficiency of which BB wins hands down.

I would have agreed with you before the onset of the tablet age. Now business people, older adults, etc want a reliable phone that acts as tool, that is easy to use and communicate with. For movies, music, etc they can use their playbook/ipad/whatever. I believe we are in the age of owning multiple mobile devices of which a hard keypad is key for many users.
