    I trust your comment is sarcasm.

    DB hiring 500 to comply with government regulations is not a good sign. How many small banks, and other industrial and service companies, which can not afford to hire people to shuffle paperwork to comply with Big Brother and will be forced out of business. The onslaught of government regulations will lead to less employment, not more.

    Unfortunately, the people in power simply have never run a company and have no clue.

    Well stated. As for the employees, I am always amazed at the difference between the employees at Wal Mart and Target. Why is that?
