    I agree with U312424 & Uruz1 - kudos for a fine job.

    I think that even if a tool is free, a particular use of that tool may be patentable - if you can describe a process that uses it. I DO agree, however, that these "trolling" lawsuits are a real drag. I hope they slap a fine on the law firm pressing it. Make them pay Apple's fees.
