      I do see your point, numbersguy. On the other side of the equation is the sector consolidation going on all over LatAm, and the fact that the gov't WILL ALWAYS look after itself under any circumstances!

      So what you're saying is that because the owner is the Argentine Rocca, the company is Argentine, is that right? It doesn't matter that the company originated in Italy (Dalmine), nor does it matter about where the vast majority of its works are (not Argentina), nor does it matter about its official domicile (Luxembourg), nor does it matter that only a tiny tiny slice of its shares are traded on the BCBA.

      well...not bad. Two smart comments (whisper and ferd) and one chunk of ignorance from the first poster.

      Whisper and Ferd have got this play right...it's simple, and it doesn't need a 50 page report to understand this stock. You buy it, you enjoy the dividends (correct whisper) it runs with copper and there's nothing else to say.

      As for disappointing you with the lack of TAspeak...well darn sorry 'bout that southshore, but from what i understand terms like "head and shoulders top" are just words used to describe chart patterns. The chart pattern on PCU doesn't need a bunch of fancy terms to nail completely. It goes up. Meanwhile southshore, you should look at the % of insider holdings and then try to explain how the hedge funds could ever rule PCU.       Mar 25 09:50 AM

      Deremate was bought by MELI back in 2005 (i can also tell you the date, the price and who lent mercadolibre the money if you want), but then the deremate web was re-started late 2006 by the old owners under the name "dereto" and still uses all the deremate web addresses. Go to dereto.com, then click on Argentina (for example) and find out yourself. Or if you like, ask Galperin. He'll tell you the same as me.

      I read the filings...that means ALL the filings, not just the ones that suit your own cause. I also read what's going on in Latin America.

      I mean, he's only written on the company 13 times in the last 12 months. And if you read the disclosure, not only does he own shares, he's also with a company that gets paid by NG! Nothing like being unbiased on a stock, eh Mike?

      Meanwhile, the reality is that Mike's "stock of the year 2007" has been a complete disaster, and the management were shown as incompetent fools over the Galore Creek fiasco.
