Depending on market conditions these include dividend stocks, REIT's, MLP's, International Small Caps, special situation's, metals, bonds, etc. I focus on long term fundamentals while capitalizing on short term volatility to trade around my positions. I obsess over emerging markets due to the high probability that you can find higher growth companies that are simultaneously quantitatively cheaper than their U.S. counterparts.
