  • Halcon Resources: Does This Oily Hawk Still Fly At A Jumbo Jet Altitude? [View article]
VD, I hope that I am wrong, however, the Utica play is for natty and not oil...

The four companies you mentioned are truly some of the best BOC in North Dakota...

I am going to take another look at OAS, as there land holdings are of great interest to us...

BTW, if you would consider HK as an investment, what would be the price point?

Investwize, a "hit job" that returns 16% in a matter of weeks?

"You are now on sec investigation for possible manipulation of a listed stock."

Are you on a witch hunt or should you double down?

"No accusations has been made against you until the facts are checked with your trades."

I think you are morally confused..

1234gel, it is unfortunate that anyone would be referred to as an "idiot."

You and I should regard those comments as a badge of honor and we should always raise above this level of disdain..

It is of the utmost importance to allow the free flow of civil discourse, whether we agree or disagree with it..

Thank you most kindly for your sincere apologize, as most of your posts hear at SA, elevate conversation.

It has a solid land inventory of 540,ooo ac. of which 140,ooo are Utica.

We believe the later will provide disappointing results.

AlexR, thank you for clearing the air..I doubt it will make much of a difference as those whom are so confused are seekingconspiracies..

This SILLY idea of a "failure to deliver" by COMEX has been around almost as long as gold...

The Aumongers half to have someone to blame and the exchange and its paper produces will do just fine...

We have had several of these people (patients) in our clinic and they have all been diagnosis with - Byzantine Wasting Disease.

  • Tesla's Not-So-New Manufacturing Model [View article]
Of course, Mr Dibber, you could not provide the authors statement of a imminent structure collapse as you had claimed...No surprise..

Hear are, Mr Funk's, final words:

"There is almost 70% institutional ownership so they are not likely to stampede yet. Mr. Musk may not be very good at automotive operations, but he is a highly skilled marketer and financier. I suspect he may pull one more rabbit out of the hat and float stock or renegotiate his DOE loan again."

There is no suggestion of an imminent collapse...What a glaring omission, especially someone with training in discovery.

You are an officer of the court, is not the accused entitled to a defense? Or am I in violation of the 2012 Dibber's Decency in Public Posting Internet Act? Justice Freisler or Justice Ginsburg?

FYI, unlike so many fanboys and bots, I have been on both sides of the fence regarding Musk Motors...

Let me repeat them for you.

    1) The "S" is a beautiful machine
    2) It is the most advanced EV to date
    3) It is in meaningful production
    4) ICE badly needs a competitor
    5) The reduction of parts, fluids and maintenance are an owner's dream
    6) I predicted the stock would appreciate to the 55 to $65 range; when it was trading around $45.
    7) The current share price bodes well for the firm
    8) A very capable COE
    9) I want Musk Motors to succeed; despite my opinions and others
    10) The car is Made in the USA, by Americans
    11) The article by one of the NYT newser was not material
    12) There is no shortage of lithium, which was propagated several years ago
    13) Range fatigue not an issue
    14) Export market for well-to-do EuroGreens
    15) As reported excellent vehicle service
    16) Fiscal 2013 and 2014 to be excellent years for Tesla

Mr Driller, you end your post not with a summation but rather with a needless parting shot. Like so many of the left compound, you equate any form of criticism or dissension as an "attack." This is most regrettable and will not serve you well.

BTW, I can not wait for your other side of the fence list. Are you up to it - I seriously doubt it but please me wong...

  • Bakken Update: Triangle's Accounting Issue Is A Non-Factor [View article]
Thank you, Mr Filloon, for addressing this issue for investors! It is mightily appreciated.

Your comments that, TPLM, lease holdings are not concentrated is of major concern regarding cost containment, something you also mentioned.

TPLM, currently is a yellow and now considered only as a trade..The recent $4.85 intra-day low, would have offered an excellent entry point.
