Healthcare workers cannot. It would be a violation of the HIPPA act. What agency would someone that wants to report welfare fraud? It sure isn't well known. In our state they have, 'work programs'. Welfare recipients go to a state building and , 'Sit there and do nothing' once a week. I will see them in the Emergency Department the day before, for some, back pain or foot pain. They will ask for an off work excuse. LOL. I ask what kind of work do you do? I can't tell them no. My company would freak. I would rather work than scam any day.

WOW!!! Mention the disabled and BANG! I work in the healthcare field. I personally evaluate the 'disabled'. There are many abuses. Some of my favorites are disability for, ADHD, arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia, drug abuse, obesity, agoraphobia and personality disorders. Some truly need to be removed from the work environment. The majority smoke, drink and do drugs. I work in an Emergency Department. They come in for injuries, falls, laceration back strain, ect. They all list themselves as unemployed. 80% of them ask for work excuses. Go figure. I have 2 disabilities, Investomania and workaholic. I am going to apply for disability.

  • Bouncing Off The Bottom: An Oversold, Undervalued Blue-Chip Dividend Stock With Big Future Dividend Growth [View article]
Covered call max return on 100 shares at 37.25 is 8.5% in 6 months.
Not bad, but in this bull market you loose gain with the covered calls, owning shares higher gains. If it income you want then, selling the puts is the way to go. If you don't mind owning the stock.

  • Activision: Long Dormant Gaming Concern Breaks Out [View article]
Have been holding for 3 years, writing covered calls and selling puts between 11 and 12$. Held out on writing calls because of low premium and recent stock market highs(after reading a article Bret wrote). Stock recommended to me by Stansberry and associates. I am a happy camper. Cash gushing business has no place to go but up. I am a daily reader of Bret's articles, he gives good recommendation on value stocks. I believe he is the best on Alpha. Thanks Bret.

  • Qualcomm Is En Fuego [View article]
Intel Corp will spend more than $4 billion to buy up to 15 percent of ASML and bankroll the Dutch company's research into costly next-generation chipmaking technology.

Intel hopes to speed the adoption of the next generation of chip manufacturing processes from ASML by as much as two years. That will require intensive capital investment, but delivers billions of future savings by cutting chip production costs, analysts said
There are four huge new technological developments rapidly changing the way computer chips are made. Just one of them is so disruptive, Intel's CEO said new developments could bankrupt up to half the industry. And that could happen within five years…

Implementing the new technologies will be expensive. That'll limit the number of industry players able to compete at the highest level. They'll also require large-volume orders to make them worth doing. That'll limit the number of firms able to justify new investment in these cutting-edge developments.

I believe the QCOM and INTEL will be one the few left standing.

ANALyst guess is what all this is based upon.

Remember, for every sale there is a buyer. Those lucky market makers are buying this stock for 458$.

You can't fight the tape. Still the best company on earth.

  • Coinstar Is Cheap After Sell-Off [View article]
Sell, thats easy. Never be afraid of making an error and selling at a loss. It more important to preserve capital than make capital. Trailing stops should be in place no matter what.

Build your wealth 1 dollar at a time. Just like building your castle, 1 brick at a time.

Position sizing is even more important. Don't loose more 1% of total capital.

  • Top Bullish Stocks On Tuesday: Dell, Barrick And Celsion And With Unusual Call Activities [View article]
I prefer to sell the 2.50 puts for both January and February. The volatility is enormous. Cash in my pocket. Return on risk of 13% in 2 weeks for January. 30% return in 6 weeks for February. CLSN would have to drop below 1.80 before I loose money. Just sayin.

It easier to build the wall, 1 brick at a time.

Good point about the short interest. I am looking at selling the april 50$ or 45 dollar puts. Such a large short interest keeps me watching, not acting.
