RIG at 7% dividend makes no sense, it is destroying company value at this rate. Even considering the stock is very cheap, im not certain of what a 3% dividend would do for RIG $43 stock level instead.
It may be possible that your comments, technical ones, make sense from the approval standpoint, but to what it refers to a business decision and considering it may take years till ARENA proves there is not related cancer issues with humans vs rats, a business decision on investing on ARENA makes no business sense ... as a stockholder i would probably suggest shut down the drug (popa17)
