What are your thoughts on buying rmti considering a possible financing deal that might dilute the shares?

I'm thinking of waiting until a deal is announced( if that is the case)

I agree after the "gap"( Approx $ 3.22 ) is filled as i posted here on 4/28/11 I will also buy. I am not questioning your Analytical ability as a matter of fact it is much better than mine. I just found the word "thesis" interesting when used in reference to a "Stock Pick". I am not saying I Know/Knew the gap would be filled I just saw a lot of these gap ups filled in the past. Even if $3.22 is not reached $3.46 (11/11/11 low trade) is pretty close considering it reached a post gap high of $6.83 (6/2/11).

Analytical Chemist I am looking forward to reading your next article.

    TY

Steven I think if DUSA would fill the gap @ $3.22 and get it over with would then start to move up! IMO

Jason I like your analysis although I think they stand a better than 50% chance of approval. But what do I know? What has me worried is the CC 8/8/11. Tom king seemed to embrace the fact of getting more $$( I understand why) but at the same time If i'm reading between the lines correctly I think it will be through dilution. He seemed to defend why partnerships don't happen much more than why they do. and seemed to high-lite the window between FDA approval and getting the Product "out there" Which makes me think no partner until after approval ( which is OK with me). He also seemed to stress the fact of doing whats best for "long term investors" ( which I understand and agree with). I short I heard a lot of "double talk".
Having said that I have a Question for you.
You had a $3 price target before this last dilution and did not lower it? OK you just stated to me(I think, correct me if i'm wrong) They will probably have to raise $$ again and it could be in the form of dilution if no partner. So how can you keep the same price target if the shares keep increasing? I just don't get it. Like i said overall I appreciate you posting your analysis.

Steven We may have a "Perfect Storm" Brewing. On 8/2/11. If congress gets a deal done and DUSA beats expectations ( I have no doubt) Then we may get caught in a Cyclone and go straight up ?

BTW I have much more faith in DUSA that I do congress !!!

Yes I agree with you. Having said that I think this deficit crap is having a effect on a lot of drug companies so I'm just looking at this from a perception standpoint.

Steven Do you have a target buy point? I'm looking at getting 50% more @ 4.76 if it gets there.
