Samsung (SSNLF.PK) has won the latest round in its global IP battle with Apple (AAPL) after Judge Lucy Koh ruled that the Korean company didn't willfully breach some Apple patents and therefore left last summer's $1.05B jury verdict intact. you have to wonder why the recent rasp of bash Apple journalist cannot see things as they are. Apple now has an additional $105b to their books and somehow this is a loss, Imagine if these so called journalist based their articles on facts, instead of biased emotions.

I agree with thatch , no one really knows what apple is up to. But Millions of consumers including myself are waiting for the next new Apple product . Many Iphone users are in 2 year Contracts.with Iphone 4s those consumers will either get an Iphone5 or wait for the Iphone 6. They will not go to any other smartphone or tablet permanently. Once you,ve tasted the best you always come back.

Many I phone users might still be under 2 year contracts with Iphone4s, and as soon as contracts are up they will excitedly upgrade to the latest iphone model. Ive had android and lets face it its more hype than substance. The Iphone .Ipads ,Ipod,and the Macs have not been equaled in quality and elegance. once youve tried these you will never be satisfied with other brands not Sony ,not Samsung ,not microsoft,they are just not at the level of Apple.
