    Please explain why authorizing an additional 2 billion shares is positive for current shareholders. I have seen others commenting that this will be beneficial to PHOT shareholders elsewhere but have not seen the defense.

    I usually run a similar screener but have found the choices dwindling in recent months. I like NTWK and have added on each of the recent dips.

    and by cutting supply cost, are we talking about reductions in inventory holdings, possibly explained by the current ratio drop?

    I don't know that a decreasing current ratio on its own deserves a "does not pass" rating. To the author: is the current ratio above a variation of quick ratio?

    I am waiting until the auditor carousel ends before adding to my current position. I seriously doubt this hopefully clearing up will add any capital appreciation worthy of regretting this decision.
