Thanks, but I was asking an opinion, not a lesson.

  • United Therapeutics' Second PAH Stumble Emphasizes The Need For Pluristem's Therapy [View article]
Intelligent writing. Why is United's stock price at 52 week high if they are doing so bad? Would Pluristem be a decent investment?

  • One Dangerous Assumption Financial Markets Make About Bank Bailouts [View article]
You make (at least) one mistake: there was no talk about Germans deferring the costs of a bailout. EU citizens would still pay 10 of the 15 billion needed (to begin with, see Greece). The only thing Germany and others had asked, was that Cyprus one way or the other bear part of the burden itself. Not only because we don't like to pay for Russians keeping their black money safe, but also because of elections in Germany after the summer, and as well to keep other (northern) EU citizens from hating the EU too much. The enactment was stupid, but the idea isn't.

  • Recent Weakness In Acacia Research Presents Buying Opportunity [View article]
What I see in their filings is sales by insiders all year long. Not one of them bought a single stock. What do you think?

You've written the same thing about Corning umpteen times. Why? Is it personal? Did they fire you? Well, whatever, it's getting very boring.

  • Small Pharmaceuticals With Near Term Catalysts - Durect And Inovio [View article]
Can imagine irritation, I hold a couple of thousand for a long time now, bought for 1.20 if I remember correctly. Even if they go back to $1 I'm still losing money. Thing is, I have faith in Kim and his know-how, maybe mistake...

  • This Could Be The Coming Out Year For Inovio Pharmaceuticals [View article]
I own shares of INO (sold Vical too early I'm afraid), and there is a lot written about the company lately, but no one talks about the stockprice history. Remember how roughly 10 years ago they sold for $45? I've bought them maybe two years back for $1.20, which was at the time a year-low. I've kept them because I believe in their technology, and I have a good opinion of their driving force, mr. Kim. Piper Jaffrey stated a target of $1, which isn't very encouraging imho, but of course I'm happy to see so much attention these days.

  • The Eurogroup could choose Dutch finmin Jeroen Dijsselbloem as chairman to replace Jean-Claude Juncker when it meets in Brussels today. Dijsselbloem's appointment will come despite concerns about his inexperience- he's only been in his job for three months. The Eurogroup is also expected to discuss Spain, Cyprus and Greece, and clash over the ESM. [View news story]
Attention: socialist-alert! (Dijsselbloem represents the Dutch Labour party).

  • Silver: Do You Think It Is Breaking Out? [View article]
Take it from a genuine (pure) mathematician: this kind of analysis is total nonsens, unless maybe if you're talking really immense volumes. Of course you will be right sometimes, so will a monkey throwing darts at a cardboard with stock tickers, as they try every year in Holland (my place). Never mind that this technical analysis is very, very popular, it gives a sense of security, however false, like a pacifier to a baby.

I take great interest in your articles. You seem to be right easily more than 3/4 of times, which to me is sufficient. Why don't you mention Geron getting out of stemcell research as the main cause of their decline in price? It is. If you've bought INO (which I did some time ago) I'm curious what you think of this SA article: inovio-pharmaceuticals... (sorry don't know how to copy a link properly). Never mind my vitriolic reactions to this writer. Thank you.
