Why Are Shares of Solar Chip Maker Solarfun Smoking Hot?

I forgot to mention I read it, and subsequently added it to my caps portfolio. Should have done so with my real portfolio ;o). Though in the long run I believe wafer based silicon solar modules will fall to the wayside to nanotech based photovoltaics like nanosolar. It's just a matter of time. Unfortunately nanosolar is held by private equity and not taking addition capital.... boooooo.
