Technically, "O" is not a healthcare REIT, but it is the crème of the crop...triple net leases. Pay attention to this one.

Presume you know that any Canadian stock withholds 15 percent of your div. initially but that you can reclaim it when you file for tax. In this vein, check out LWSCF.

  • Why I Will Start Social Security At Age 62 [View article]
aGREE with you completely. Had a friend who took hers early with the idea of investing it (the plan). It did not work. Her daughter bot two horses and her Soc. Sec. went to feed the horses. Now (that was five years ago), her Soc. Sec. payments are so low (in this inflationary period).

  • Major NFL sponsors react to off-the-field trouble [View news story]
Not one media source has stood up for the 4-year-old son of Adrian Peterson.
Take Mary Mitchell’s namby-pamby article in Chicago SunTimes. Substitute the words in her “widely accepted behavior in the black community” with blacks shooting blacks. Spare me. NONE of my black neighbors would punish their child so severely with a STICK (not a switch as he claims). The child has scars he will carry for his whole life. Apparently his scrotum was hit by accident also.
Every one involved in this should be forced to attend a pre-school. You will see that 4-year-olds are mostly thin and their little bodies cannot withstand such abuse. Further, 4-year olds are just learning social behavior. They will fight over a toy or anything else. This is normal and not a punishable offense. They need to be guided with praise and rewards for good behavior.
And, has no one questioned the wife? Why? Because money talks and everyone is protecting Peterson because he is the money maker. The wife is probably afraid of this boy-man Peterson too.
Who will speak for the 4-year-old? I will. Put Peterson in jail and hopefully someone will beat him with a stick.
