  • Zynga reactions: Game delays loom large with analysts [View news story]
Zynga, whose main business is making Facebook games like FarmVille, announced Wehner's exit late Tuesday. After two years in his role at Zynga, Wehner is leaving for a "senior finance position" at Facebook. Mark Vranesh is back at CFO again. Served earlier 2008-2010. And David Ko, former head of mobile operations, has been promoted to chief operations officer. That position had been vacant since John Schappert stepped down in August. We'll just have to wait and see how this upper level shakeup works out.

  • Silver Wheaton in $900M stream deal for Glencore's Antamina mine [View news story]
who calculates when the silver or other metals gets calculated at the 20% value for purchase by SLW? When does delivery take place? and who actually takes possession of any PMs delivered and where? It must be a bookkeeping nightmare

  • Silver Wheaton's Final Step Towards 55Moz AgEq By The End Of This Decade Has Been Completed [View article]
You say, "This transaction also means Silver Wheaton has almost reached its investment ceiling as it will have just $400M available for additional transactions unless it issues new shares or increases its credit facility which has an upper limit of $2B." Does this mean that unless cash flow or credit limits increase that SLW will have to enter into financial cruise mode for a certain length of time?

  • Silver Wheaton: Lower Profits, Higher Production [View article]
How does SLW put $$$ in the bank? Does it ever actually receive silver from mines? or is there a middleman that converts the PM into a sellable form? or do the mines sell it directly to a middleman that converts the PM into a sellable form? thereafter returning the remaining profits to SLW!

In other words, who is the SLW middleman? and where is all these millions of ounces of silver taken after it's mined? Into what final product is the SLW silver made? Silver Eagles, Bars, other rounds, 100+oz blocks, wire, directly to solar, or what?

  • Silver Wheaton Bets Big On Silver [View article]
Along with the other good news of the Big 4, this was a pleasant paragraph to read: There were three of them. The shortest disclosed that the company will pay a $0.05/share dividend, which reflects the company's policy of paying out 20% of the trailing year's operating cash-flow is paid out over four quarters. The company is also rewarding its long-term shareholders by offering a unique dividend reinvestment plan that enables investors to reinvest dividends using stock in treasury that will be sold at a 3% discount to market.

    Thumbs up SLW

  • Zynga: Postponement Of New Games Allows Developers To Improve And Optimize Titles [View article]
I agree. Nobody buys stocks not even their own if they think there's more drop in the near future. Hopefully there is a move to profits very soon.

  • Zynga: Finally A Stock Buyback [View article]
If ZNGA is doing a stock buy back, they must feel their purchase is worth it. I asked this same question when they first dipped to $12.50. If ZNGA believes in themselves, why don't they do a stock buy back? Now they are. Maybe they feel they've hit rock bottom and its time to start heading back up the scale to profits. Let's hope so.

  • Silver Wheaton misses by $0.01, misses on revenue [View news story]
When silver dips, SLW dips. This can be expected. But we shouldn't despair, silver and SLW are soon to be on track for dramatic changes. We just gotta hang in there. Now is the time to reload.

  • ATVI down -2.8% after 'steal' in King deal; GLUU, ZNGA higher [View news story]
If all mobile social games are up, then I hope ZNGA takes this opportunity to push their platform more into the public eye, but I don't see a whole lot on their game board.

  • Notable earnings after Tuesday’s close [View news story]
Every week I expect someone to start it up. There's self driving cars issues, there's battery size and capacity issues. There's fast charging battery issues. There's lots to talk about with Tesla and they are first in the line up on most agendas.

  • What To Expect From Silver Wheaton? [View article]
I'm with you. Then when silver prices dip back into the $14+ range, I suggest we load 'em up. I don't care how many times silver dips below $15 I will continue to buy whatever I can afford. I will continue to buy SLW like I did last Sept when SLW hit $11.53. It's the best time to buy and buy big.
