Skyzer - I wonder how you say O'niel is bashing SLW when he is obviously reporting on the status of their current position. He begins his report with "the long-term prospects are bright for Silver Wheaton, but the short-term pressure is still present."
Shortly after in SLW earning highlight he relays how SLW had, "a 26% increase over last year" with an additional 1.3mil oz silver over 2012.
Next discusses the price action and what to expect if silver dips below the $22.50 level. which it is currently doing. Then he discusses the next floor of $20. How is any of this bashing SLW?? To report the facts is simply doing that, reporting the facts. To offer a strategy referencing those facts is the job of a good writer!

I think I remember reading that most silver is not even sent to SLW to be inventoried but are sold & shipped directly to the London exchange at the current rate or at approx. 500% gross profit.
Bullish On Silver Wheaton After Earnings Report [View article]
Vladimir - You said, "SLW has signed a contract with ABX to purchase 25% of the silver production for the life of mine." Any idea how much SLW paid for that purchase?

Stanley - take a look at how much annual income is made by ZNGA. How much is made from OnLine Gambling? -0- They're making whatever income they have from kiddie games. They claim to have over 300mil followers and make slightly less than $1 per player per year. This is income? How much of that $1B is used on annual research? Who's to say that if and when they get their license to do OnLine gambling that they will even have a following? Their reputation sucks, their OnLine security is a known problem with play chips. Other people playing on line already have established game sites. ZNGA will need to create a whole new world of players to make it to first base. Where will they get these players? Certainly not from other sites. Talk about hurdles and headwinds. Give me a break.
I have no position in ZNGA, but shorting ZNGA would not be a bad idea. I should have shorted ZNGA in May 2012 or at least last March. In this current market, ZNGA is no more than a $2.90 stock value as time will tell.
Silver Wheaton (SLW): Q1 EPS of $0.38 misses by $0.02. Revenue of $205.8M misses by $46.66M. (PR) [View news story]
IMHO writing articles describing blow by blow on reasons why there are drops in SLW value between now and when silver breaks out again will almost be redundant reading. I think articles on the reasons why to buy SLW now despite the drops would be more advantageous to the readers.
Low Silver Prices Will Dull Silver Wheaton's Earnings [View article]
I wouldn't be surprised that some x-large holder or government is dumping silver by the tons to lower the price only to someday re-buy at a much lower price thereby increasing their holdings and eventual net worth.
I'm not sure if some of the commenters are grumbling about the factual content of the article on ZNGA? or whether they are grumbling that the article included negative facts about ZNGA. The article is both factual and shows the negative side of ZNGA. This cannot be helped with a company that has so many issues, hurdles and headwinds with which to contend. If there weren't negative issues to write about, then might as well remove ZNGA from the list of articles all together. The only thing positive about ZNGA is that she's about to sink and on that, I'm positive. These articles just discuss the scenery as she's going under. I guess if you don't want to read something negative about ZNGA, then don't read articles on ZNGA.
With automakers on pace to sell the most cars and light trucks in the U.S. this year since 2007, Alcoa (AA -0.4%) says it plans to spend $275M in the next three years to expand its Alcoa, Tenn. plant to boost capacity to produce aluminum sheet for the automotive industry. AA's previously announced $300M expansion of its Davenport, Iowa plant is set to be completed by the end of this year. [View news story]
AA might be on price to do a lot of industry improvements, but with other aluminum sources available, AA has strong competition. AA has done all it can to improve within the AA structure, cut away excess fats and is a lean machine at this point. Problem is, price of aluminum remains low and competition remains high. All AA can do is wait 3rd in line for a rate increase. AA=dead money.

So if history has anything to say about the value of silver, silver should be at $27.75 soon without gold changing a penny in value. Anything below this should be a BUY.

I couldn't wait, AA hit $8.64 on Friday and I dumped what I had. Personally, I think those headwinds at $8.70 are too much for me. AA has no where to go until this economy turns around.

Sold at $8.64 so time to cut my losses and move on. Now they can do whatever they want. I wouldn't even buy back in at $8.05

Actually last week to 10 days ago was the time. I don't see silver holding at $24 much longer. When silver hits $29 again, you will look back at these comments and wish you'd have cashed in on this opportunity. You have to buy your goods before they hit the retail market.

Like I said earlier, 90% cannot be found anywhere at spot prices except in humungously large volumes. I've been buying in $5-10k cracks and have a hard time finding spot. Refiners in our area are selling at $1.8-3.00 above spot depending on the item.
