  • Silver Wheaton declares $0.06 dividend [View news story]
As long as SLW keeps flipping their inventory, they're going to do just fine since there's already a built in profit in their contracts.

Well ZNGA got to $2.75 today, but the question I continue to have is what did ZNGA do to achieve any rise in value? They appear to be doing little to nothing to warrant any increase in value. I expect ZNGA value to remain dormant until they decide it's time to get to work.

  • Zynga: Should Value Investors Buy? [View article]
Buying long ZNGA at today's price is probably a wise investment.

  • Miner ETFs tumbled to multi-year lows today [View news story]
I purchased a property for a little over $100k actually (104k). After minor improvements, ($23k) the house is now worth a little over $150k. Gold is still in the doldrums with no positive signs on the horizon. I sold 80oz to buy this property. Had I held onto the gold my losses to date would have been about $10,400. That's a positive difference of a little over $37k in a year. If i sell the property at todays market price and only re-purchase the 80oz of gold for the $104k my profits would be an additional 9oz of gold.

  • Has Silver Wheaton Underperformed Bullion Producers? [View article]
I still don't feel a long on any PM is warranted at this point. There is plenty of floor below $15.83. There have been no new industrial uses planned for silver and obviously gold will never have any industrial use for a volume that would noticeably affect its value. Until there becomes some industrial use for silver over and above what is being used today, I say let stand by and watch her continued decline. There will be a floor for silver at around $10 or slightly below, which is what it costs to mine. The buyers will have to purchase and either store or use the existing silver market before it becomes necessary to mine more. Until that time, there's a glut in the marketplace and therefore not a time to buy. You might have noticed that Silver is now about 75:1 to gold. Historically that ratio has been 50:1 up to 60:1. If gold stays at $1178 then silver needs to be at around $19-$19.50 to even consider a buy IMHO

  • ZNGA: Signs Of Momentum Percolating [View article]
Can't argue with cheap. Can't bank on NaturalMotion. They've done nothing to add value. Hype and book value is all ZNGA has going for themselves right now. But that could change anytime with their cash and ZYNGA name potential.

  • Zynga +5.1% post-earnings; Needham upgrades [View news story]
ZNGA get Too much headwind facing them at the moment, but 5% today, 9%yesterday, maybe they're working their way out of the pits just on potential. Certainly isn't because of anything that they're doing.

It's gonna be a long winding road just to get back to the $2.85 we all thought they'd drop to. $.50 to go.

  • Update: Boyd Gaming Q3 Earnings Are Meh, But REIT Potential Sparks Interest [View article]
I agree that the company BYD is a worthwhile investment. BYD gained another $.15 since this article was written. There's more to come. They're about 250% more than their mid 2012 value of $4.90

  • Investors Have A Good Reason To Be Wary Of Zynga [View article]
what has happened in the last few years has certainly contributed to where ZNGA is today. But to say that Z could experience significant downside in months ahead seems difficult since they've pretty much reached book value. I don't know how it would be possible for a company to reach a position lower than book value. But I suppose if anybody could accomplish that feat, I guess ZNGA could figure that out.

  • Zynga Q3 2014 Preview: Where Is The Growth? [View article]
Giving it another 12 months might not be a bad idea seeing that ZNGA is now at book value and simply cannot go any lower unless someone dumps all their assets, which doesn't seem too likely. Book value = floor. Things can only get better, . . . The ZNGA prayer!

I sold a big portion of my physical gold at $1308 and was certain I made a bad choice. I took the money and bought property. Now after a year, I'm thinking that maybe I made the right choice.

When the mines dry up and cease mining PMs, then is when SLW will begin to suffer. No silver in or filling their contracts, no silver out or sold. No cash moving does not generate profits. How long can no profits survive? Only time will tell. Again I say that unless industry finds another use for silver, this may be a bleak era for PMs and their supporters.
