I am an ex banker ( in my late 20's) who recently started venture capital fund (USD 10 Mm) fund with three other partners. We basically look at small and up coming companies in the health sector, agricultural sector, education, food, and IT sector.
My investment strategy is the following:
20% in stocks
20 % in Properties
20 % in bonds
40% cash (Save it for a great opportunity)
Regarding my stock strategy:
1. I look to invest 70% into dividend stocks that yield around 3%.
2. 30% into growth speculation stocks.
