  • Tile Shop Holdings - The Louis Vuitton Of Tile? - I Think Not [View article]
Yes, looks like FirTree blew out of its 1.0mm share position over the last few days...when will the other insiders bail now that their 150 day lock-up has expired?

SPU hired 'heavy hitting' legal counsel?

You should google "Neal Marder," the Winston and Strawn partner that was in charge of the case! He had never even been to the PRC prior to filing the frivolous lawsuit!!!

    Perry-

I found your article interesting. Do you have any view on how PhytoSPHERE Systems, LLC providing Mr. Michael Llamas $100k in bail funds for his mortgage fraud indictment by the FBI/DOJ in December 2012 (after he had purported resigned from MJNA) will help catalyze MJNA's further business growth?

  • Silvercorp Takes Actions, Including A Share Buyback, To Counter Its Recent Decline [View article]
Why did $SVM wait until 01/29 when its equity closed $4.26/share to announce a de minimis 5% maximum potential share repurchase? Especially considering that Mr. Rui Feng, Chairman & CEO claims to have been "raped" by the evil short sellers in September 2011 and the equity was trading at $8.78/share? If the evil short sellers were wrong and the SVM equity was trading below intrinsic value in the fall of 2011, why did $SVM not deploy its ample cash balance at that time? To me, it seems like this action verifies the view that $SVM was trading above its intrinsic value in September 2011!!!
