The trade doesn't benefit from falling dollar because trade is down.(higher world rates) forces our bond market to sell off because lack of confidence with dollar. Level 3 assets are the rot in the system, and will force a re-pricing of risk! Central bank is full of junk bonds ( how could it not be)??
